Why Deadpool's Ad Campaign Is Killing It

I don't know about everyone else, but I've been waiting on the Deadpool movie since it was first bought up back around 2009. Now that it is finally coming out (less than a month!!!), the ads are everywhere. And they're perfect.
From the first trailer on, I was excited to see what they would come up with next. Whoever was in charge of coming up with the advertising strategy should get a raise because they fit with the character of Deadpool so well, and they're just amusing to look at.
I mean, seriously?!
How could anyone not love that poster?
Any movie could have gotten by with just one great poster, but all the others are equally amazing.
Then there are the cardboard displays...
The ads that make it look like a Valentine's Day romcom...
And of course, the imfamous billboard (and its followup)
If I love the movie half as much as I enjoyed the ad campaign, it'll be well worth the $15 I will pay to see it in IMAX.
